10150 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 10150 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out herein.
Effective date: January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 10150 platform in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 10150 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
The 10150 platform is intended for users aged 18 and above only. By using this service, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. 10150 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts that are unable to verify this.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 10150 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms shall be deemed acceptance of those changes.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 10150 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your account details — including your email address, phone number, and payment information — remain valid and current.
You are responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to 10150's support team within a reasonable time.

Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the 10150 platform are required to use this service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. Any attempt to exploit system bugs, manipulate game outcomes, or use automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited. 10150 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in line with applicable legal compliance obligations.
Users may not transfer or sell account credits to third parties, use the platform on behalf of another person, or engage in any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users. Violations of these rules may result in account termination without compensation.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 10150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are their own and sourced from a legitimate payment method. 10150 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of unauthorised payment methods or inaccurate payment details provided by the user.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the prescribed verification procedures. 10150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Any fees charged by third-party financial institutions are the responsibility of the user.
In the event of a transaction dispute, users must contact the 10150 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be processed.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

The 10150 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, outages, or delays. 10150 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 10150 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 10150 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from 10150.
Account Suspension & Closure
10150 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or unauthorised use. Users whose accounts are suspended due to fraud or a serious breach are not entitled to any compensation for remaining credit balances.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The 10150 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. 10150 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use following any amendment constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
